What is CBI Full Form

The full form of CBI is the “Central Bureau of Investigation“, which is called the Central Bureau of Investigation i.e. the main investigation agency of India. It was first established in 1941 as a Special Police Establishment, and during World War II it investigate corruption and bribery in the country.

How to become a CBI officer

To fill the vacancies in CBI, the examinations are conducted by two different agencies. These are UPSC and SSC. To become a Group-A officer in CBI, you need to become an IPS officer by clearing the civil services exam conducted by UPSC. After that to become a sub-inspector in CBI, you have to appear in the SSC CGL exam. Then you have to clear the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) every year.

Physical Standard to become a CBI Officer?

Criteria For Male Students:- In this, the height for the students should be about 165 cm and the weight should be according to their height. Chest width should be 76 cms.

Criteria For Female Students:- In this, the height for the students should be about 150 cm and the weight should be according to their height.
